This program is designed for:
- Athletes looking to improve speed without overtraining
- Athletes currently practicing or competing in another sport
- Runners, field sport athletes, and multi-sport athletes
- Anyone who wants to move faster, cleaner, and with more confidence
No prior sprint background required, just willingness to learn and execute.
Program Structure
- 6 weeks
- 3–4 sessions per week
- At least 1 rest day between speed sessions
- 2-week progressions
Weeks 1–2: Rebuild sprint mechanics, posture, and intentional acceleration
Weeks 3–4: Strengthen acceleration and directional control with repeatable speed
Weeks 5–6: Own your speed with confidence, rhythm, and technical consistency
Each week includes:
- Sprint mechanics & drills
- Acceleration work
- Multi-directional sprinting
- Reaction-based starts
- Tempo runs for conditioning and rhythm
