6-week sprint program focused on mechanics, control, and speed. Victory Speed focuses on sprint mechanics, acceleration, reaction, multi-directional speed, and tempo work to build confident, repeatable speed.

This program is designed for:

  • Athletes looking to improve speed without overtraining
  • Athletes currently practicing or competing in another sport
  • Runners, field sport athletes, and multi-sport athletes
  • Anyone who wants to move faster, cleaner, and with more confidence

No prior sprint background required, just willingness to learn and execute.

Program Structure

  • 6 weeks
  • 3–4 sessions per week
  • At least 1 rest day between speed sessions
  • 2-week progressions

Weeks 1–2: Rebuild sprint mechanics, posture, and intentional acceleration

Weeks 3–4: Strengthen acceleration and directional control with repeatable speed

Weeks 5–6: Own your speed with confidence, rhythm, and technical consistency

Each week includes:

  • Sprint mechanics & drills
  • Acceleration work
  • Multi-directional sprinting
  • Reaction-based starts
  • Tempo runs for conditioning and rhythm
